I’ve been counseling adolescents and young adults in the transition phase from secondary school to professional life for the past 15 years. I’ve seen how complex this phase can be. As a result, my slogan is »Strengthening Your Strengths.« My concern is that young people become more aware of their own potential. Discovering their strengths, values, slumbering abilities, again and again professional potential gives me great fulfillment.

My background


After studying Political Science and History in Germany and France, I worked for several years as an assistant in the German Parliament and for various educational foundations (Robert-Bosch-Stiftung, Hertie-Stiftung). For over fifteen years, I have counseled young adults in their transition from school to professional life for HR consultancies, educational institutions, and foundations. I completed my Systemic Counsellor (DGSF) training four years ago. I am married and mother of three (two in secondary school and one in university). Since the beginning of the year 2023, I have been offering counseling at the Zukunftsatelier in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen.
